1. GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY
New England RC LLC, doing business as New England RC, does not provide any independent product warranty unless explicitly stated in writing on the product listing.
All products sold by New England RC LLC are sold subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Any warranty coverage, remedy, claim approval, or replacement determination is the responsibility of the manufacturer, not New England RC LLC.
2. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ONLY
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the product manufacturer.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Any support we provide is courtesy only and does not create any independent warranty obligation.
4. NO DOA OR ADVANCE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
New England RC LLC does not offer guaranteed “dead on arrival” (DOA) replacement, advance replacement, or immediate swap service for electronics, batteries, or other technical products.
If a product is defective, non-functioning, or suspected to be defective, the customer is required to follow the applicable manufacturer warranty process.
If the manufacturer does not provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe, New England RC LLC will review the situation and, where required by applicable law, provide a remedy consistent with Massachusetts consumer protection laws.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for:
- verifying product compatibility before purchase
- proper installation, setup, configuration, and programming
- reading and following all manuals, warnings, and manufacturer instructions

Improper installation, incorrect setup, incompatible equipment, programming errors, misuse, abuse, crash damage, over-discharge, overcharging, reverse polarity, water exposure, contamination, or operation outside manufacturer specifications are not product defects and are not the responsibility of New England RC LLC.
6. BATTERIES AND HIGH-RISK PRODUCTS
Batteries (including LiPo and LiHV), chargers, and high-performance electronic components are inherently hazardous and may pose a risk of fire, property damage, personal injury, or death if improperly handled, installed, charged, stored, or used.
By purchasing and using these products, the customer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with their use.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- proper charging practices (including use of appropriate chargers and settings)
- safe storage (including storage voltage and fire-safe environments)
- monitoring during charging and operation
- proper installation and wiring
- use within manufacturer specifications
All battery-related issues, including but not limited to swelling, performance degradation, charging failure, overheating, fire, or thermal events, must be addressed directly with the manufacturer where applicable.
New England RC LLC does not provide warranty, replacement, or refunds for batteries except where required by applicable law.
Use, installation, charging, and operation of LiPo batteries and related products is performed entirely at the customer’s own risk. By purchasing and using these products, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any resulting damage, injury, or loss.
New England RC LLC shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use, misuse, or failure of batteries or high-risk electronic products.
New England RC LLC does not inspect, repair, or accept returns of used or damaged LiPo batteries except where required by applicable law.
