SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship to the Continental United States (48 states).
The following locations are excluded from free shipping and may require additional charges:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Territories
- International destinations (if offered)
2. SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a promotional offer applies.
For orders qualifying for Free Shipping ($149+):
- Shipping method is selected by New England RC LLC
- The lowest-cost method will be used at our discretion
- Typically USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver
If an order is returned:
- The actual outbound shipping cost (not $0) will be deducted from the refund
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Most in-stock orders ship:
- Same day if placed before 8:00 AM EST
- Same day if placed before 3:00 PM EST (when possible)
Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:
- Order volume
- Inventory availability
- Operational constraints
4. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Customers may select a shipping method at checkout.
All delivery times provided by carriers are:
- Estimates only
- Not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- High shipping volume
- Mechanical or logistics failures
- Acts of God
New England RC LLC does not guarantee delivery dates under any circumstance.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS AND CARRIER ISSUES
Once an order has been shipped:
- The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Misrouted packages
- Transit interruptions
- Facility backlogs
Typical delay ranges may include:
- Domestic: up to 7–14 additional days
- International: up to 30–90 additional days
6. LOSS, DAMAGE, AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
This includes delivery to:
- Residential or commercial addresses
- Parcel lockers
- Freight forwarders or reshipping facilities
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delivery to incorrect, insecure, or unattended locations
If a package is missing:
- The customer must contact the carrier directly
- We may assist as a courtesy, but resolution is not guaranteed
7. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is not included unless explicitly stated.
If insurance is required:
- The customer must select a service that includes it
- Or request it prior to shipment
We are not liable for:
- Uninsured lost shipments
- Uninsured damaged shipments
8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required:
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of damaged items
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
All damage claims are subject to carrier review and approval.
Orders shipped to freight forwarders may be denied damage claims due to lack of delivery chain control.
9. CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
This includes ensuring correct formatting, unit numbers, and any required forwarding or routing identifiers.
If an order is returned due to:
- Invalid or incomplete address
- Incorrect address
- Undeliverable location
Then:
- Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded
If the customer is unresponsive:
- Order may be refunded minus shipping costs and applicable fees
10. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or returned:
- Original and return shipping costs will be deducted
- A restocking fee may apply (see Return Policy)
11. CARRIER LIABILITY LIMITATION
New England RC LLC is not the shipping carrier and is not responsible for:
- Carrier performance
- Delivery delays
- Lost or damaged packages
All shipping-related claims must be handled with the carrier.
12. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
For international orders:
Customer is responsible for:
- Duties
- Taxes
- Customs fees
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Seizures
- Import restrictions
13. SHOP PROMISE (SHOP APP)
Some orders may display a Shop Promise badge.
This is a third-party program provided by Shopify.
- It does not guarantee delivery dates
- Any compensation (e.g., Shop Cash) is governed solely by Shopify
New England RC LLC is not responsible for this program.
14. FREIGHT FORWARDERS / RESHIPPING SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order shipped to a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, or reshipping warehouse.
Orders shipped to such addresses are accepted at the customer’s sole risk.
By using a forwarding address, you agree:
- Delivery to the forwarding facility constitutes final delivery
- Responsibility transfers once marked delivered by the carrier
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, theft, or mishandling after delivery to the forwarding service
- Orders shipped to freight forwarders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- Claims must be handled directly with the carrier or forwarding provider
- We may cancel or require verification for any order flagged as a forwarding address
15. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If expedited handling or specific delivery timing is required:
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but no guarantees are made.
