REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • A valid Return Authorization (RMA) must be issued
  • The return must be received within 14 days of delivery

All three conditions must be met. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied.


2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED (RMA)

All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense
  • RMAs are issued at our sole discretion

3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (UNOPENED ITEMS ONLY)

We only accept returns for new, unused, unopened items.

To qualify:

  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All seals and shrink wrap must be unbroken
  • All original contents must be included

Any deviation will result in denial of the return.


4. FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO RETURNS)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance:

  • All batteries (LiPo, LiHV, or any lithium-based battery)
  • All chargers and power systems
  • All electronics, including but not limited to:
    • Servos
    • Motors
    • ESCs
    • Flight controllers
    • Receivers / transmitters
    • Radios
    • BECs / regulators

These items are covered only by manufacturer warranty, if applicable. See our Warranty Policy.


5. BATTERIES AND HIGH-RISK ITEMS

All battery sales are final.

  • Batteries are not eligible for return for any reason
  • Batteries that have been charged, used, damaged, or improperly stored are not eligible for support, replacement, or return
  • All battery-related issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer

6. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returns will be denied if the item is:

  • Opened, installed, or used
  • Missing packaging, manuals, or components
  • Physically damaged
  • Contaminated (fuel, dirt, smoke, odor, etc.)
  • Returned in an unsafe or non-resellable condition

All returns are subject to inspection. Final determination is made at our sole discretion.


7. RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • May be waived for store credit at our discretion
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

8. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If an order qualified for free shipping:

  • The actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Returns from freight forwarder or reshipping addresses will not be accepted.


9. MISUSE / IMPROPER USE

Returns will be denied if a product was used outside its intended purpose.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Incorrect voltage, polarity, or configuration
  • Use outside manufacturer specifications
  • Commercial or industrial misuse
  • Improper charging or handling of batteries

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required:

  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial.

Resolution is not guaranteed and is subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

Electronics and batteries are not eligible for return and must be handled through the manufacturer.

Orders shipped to freight forwarders may be denied support or claims due to lack of delivery chain control.


11. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

This includes delivery to:

  • Residential or commercial addresses
  • Parcel lockers
  • Freight forwarders or reshipping facilities

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

11A. FREIGHT FORWARDERS / RESHIPPING SERVICES

Orders shipped to freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or reshipping warehouses are accepted at the customer’s sole risk.

This includes (but is not limited to) addresses containing suite numbers, mailbox identifiers, or warehouse routing codes (e.g., PMB, Unit, Suite, mailbox numbers, or similar formats).

By using a forwarding address, you agree to the following:

  • Proof of delivery to the forwarding address constitutes final delivery
  • Responsibility transfers fully to the customer once delivered to the forwarding facility
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, theft, or mishandling after delivery to the forwarder
  • Orders shipped to freight forwarders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be handled with the freight forwarder or carrier
  • We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order identified as shipping to a forwarding service

12. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method
  • After inspection and approval

Processing time depends on the payment provider.


13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only.

Orders paid using installment or financing providers (Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, Sezzle, etc.) are subject to:

  • A $5 cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing costs

14. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or returned:

  • Original and return shipping costs will be deducted
  • A restocking fee may apply

15. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Contact us first to resolve any issue
  • Not initiate a chargeback without attempting resolution

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restriction
  • Order cancellation
  • Submission of supporting evidence to payment processors

16. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny any return that does not meet policy requirements
  • Refuse service for abuse of this policy

All decisions are final.
