PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS

By placing an order with New England RC LLC, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information
  • Use an authorized and valid payment method
  • Accept all applicable policies, including Terms of Service, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed and accepted.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

All payments must be completed through approved checkout methods on our website.

Unauthorized payment methods (including direct ACH, wire, or offline payments) are not accepted unless explicitly approved by New England RC LLC.

We reserve the right to cancel any order submitted using an unapproved payment method.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS (PRODUCT ORDERS)

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • Orders must follow the Return Policy after delivery

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory issues
  • Orders identified as shipping to freight forwarders or reshipping services

4. SERVICE WORK (NON-CANCELLABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE)

All helicopter-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Diagnostics
  • Repairs
  • Upgrades
  • Custom builds

Are:

  • Non-cancellable once payment is received and work has begun
  • Non-refundable under any circumstance

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that labor, time, and parts allocation begin upon order processing.

5. PAYMENT VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect against fraud, New England RC LLC reserves the right to:

  • Hold any order for up to 7 business days for payment verification
  • Request additional verification, including:
    • Government-issued identification
    • Proof of billing address
    • Payment method verification

Failure to provide requested verification may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Payment reversal

Orders shipping to freight forwarders, reshipping services, or high-risk addresses may be subject to additional verification, delay, or cancellation at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any order flagged as high risk.

6. PRICING ERRORS

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order due to pricing errors or inaccuracies
  • Refund any payments made for such orders

7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed:

  • Modifications are not guaranteed
  • Requests must be made before shipment

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Compatibility issues

Shipping address changes are not guaranteed and may be denied, especially for orders flagged for fraud prevention or freight forwarding.

8. PRE-ORDERS (IF OFFERED)

From time to time, we may offer pre-order items.

By placing a pre-order:

  • You are reserving a product not yet in stock
  • Fulfillment timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

Pre-orders:

  • May be canceled prior to shipment, at our discretion
  • Become non-cancellable once shipped

9. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS OR RECURRING BILLING

New England RC LLC does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing services.

Any references to subscription services are not applicable to our business.

10. NO “TRY BEFORE YOU BUY”

We do not offer trial, rental, or “try before you buy” programs.

All purchases are final and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer ordering errors
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Compatibility issues
  • Delays caused by payment verification

12. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order
  • Refuse service
  • Limit future purchases

At our sole discretion.

13. FREIGHT FORWARDERS / RESHIPPING SERVICES

Orders shipped to freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or reshipping warehouses are accepted at the customer’s sole risk.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order identified as using a forwarding service
  • Require additional verification prior to shipment

Once shipped:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or rerouted
  • Delivery to the forwarding facility constitutes final delivery

All liability transfers upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.
