Stratos 700 Features

1. Fully Upgraded Bearing System

  • Enlarged one-way bearing delivers a stated 50% increase in torque capacity.
  • Integrated 19 mm one-way bearing sleeve is designed for maintenance-free operation.
  • Zero-play one-way bearing sleeve supports direct drivetrain response.
  • 35 × 47 × 10 mm double-row angular-contact swashplate bearing for stability and precision.

2. Next-Generation Reinforced Tail Drive System

Larger bearings, shafts, and spindles are designed for strength and smooth, precise tail operation.

  • NSK 8 × 19 × 6 mm tail-shaft bearing.
  • 8 mm tail shaft and 6 mm tail spindle.
  • Related bearings and thrust bearings are upgraded.
  • PTFE-sleeved tail pitch-slider pin helps minimize play, friction, and wear.

3. Heavy-Duty Belt Drive System

The belt-drive system is designed to handle demanding loads with shock resistance and dependable power transfer.

  • 125T main gear and 119T main pulley.
  • 24T tail pulley standard; 25T optional.
  • 9 mm tail belt standard; optional 10 mm heavy-duty version.

4. Weighted Tail Blade Grips

The weighted tail blade grip design is intended to provide a more locked-in tail feel.

  • Designed to reduce tail-servo load.
  • Improves tail-control efficiency.
  • Supports smooth, stable tail performance.

5. All-New Tail Boom Structure and Features

  • Custom-profile aluminum tail boom with an internally routed tail pushrod; carbon-fiber tail boom optional.
  • One-piece 3 mm titanium pushrod removes pushrod connection joints.
  • External PTFE guide system supports smooth, low-friction movement.
  • Anti-rotation boom design helps maintain tail alignment.

6. High-Rigidity Carbon-Fiber Frame Plates

  • 2.5 mm upper carbon-fiber frame plate for added rigidity.
  • Precision-machined 2 mm lower carbon-fiber frame plate with painted detailing.
  • Frame edges are chamfered and finished to remove sharp edges and burrs.

7. High-Rigidity Main Rotor Control System

The reverse-mounted ultra-short phase arm is designed for a rigid rotor head, stable phasing, and precise control response.

  • True 1:1 rotor geometry for predictable response.
  • PTFE-sleeved swashplate anti-rotation ball helps reduce play and friction.
  • Main blade bolt washers help resist loosening during flight.

8. Integrated Main Frame Structure

The chassis and electronics structure is reengineered around integrated supports and balanced weight distribution.

  • Integrated main-shaft block and servo mount create a rigid support structure.
  • 120° servo geometry distributes loads evenly.
  • One-piece motor mount supports gear alignment and simplifies motor installation and removal.

9. New Battery and Wiring System

  • Arched battery-tray rails secure the tray; the battery inserts from the rear.
  • M3 through-bolts connect the upper and lower rails.
  • Internal wiring channels help keep wiring covered and organized.
  • Optional quick-release battery connector requires the new Stratos 700 battery tray.

10. Efficient Compact Design

The compact structure centralizes mass, with the main shaft and intermediate assembly lowered by 15 mm.

  • Front-mounted, top-positioned tail servo supports the intended balance and control layout.
  • The design maintains convenient access for routine maintenance.
