FlyWing UH-60L Black Hawk 470 ACE GPS Scale Helicopter

The FlyWing UH-60L Black Hawk recreates the unmistakable profile of the famous twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter in a detailed 470-class ready-to-fly model. It combines realistic military styling with FlyWing's modern ACE GPS flight-control system for stable, accessible and scale-like flying.

The full-scale UH-60L is widely recognized for troop transport, medical evacuation, search and rescue, supply missions and tactical support. FlyWing captures that heritage with detailed landing gear, realistic fuselage lines, enhanced rivet and panel details, a transparent cockpit cover and a four-blade rotor system.

High-Fidelity Scale Details

The UH-60L features detailed landing gear, realistic fuselage contours, enhanced rivets and panel lines, a transparent cockpit cover and a scale military paint scheme. Its four-blade rotor system and horizontal stabilizer complete the recognizable Black Hawk appearance.

CNC Four-Blade Quick-Release Rotor

An all-metal CNC four-blade rotor head uses FlyWing's second-generation quick-release system. High-efficiency nylon blades can be installed and removed more easily for transportation, storage and maintenance.

The custom NACA 8-H-12 flat-convex blade profile is designed to provide strong low-speed lift and efficient takeoff and landing performance.

Realistic Aviation Lighting

Aviation-style navigation lights include red on the left, green on the right and white on the tail. The lights use a double-flash pattern during flight to improve visibility, orientation and scale realism.

ACE Flight Controller with M10 GPS

Developed specifically for FlyWing helicopters, the ACE flight controller incorporates technology derived from FlyWing's H2 system. Its M10 multi-mode GPS technology and custom FlyWing control systems provide stable positioning, altitude assistance and predictable flight behavior.

M10 GPS Positioning Mode

GPS positioning assistance works with barometric altitude assistance to maintain stable hovering at a selected position and altitude. In a suitable open flying area, move the control stick to reposition the helicopter and release it to brake and hold position.

ATT Self-Leveling Mode

ATT mode uses the onboard gyroscope, accelerometer and barometer to continually correct the helicopter's attitude. Releasing the controls returns the helicopter to a level attitude, but unlike GPS mode, it does not automatically brake and hold its horizontal position. This provides a more hands-on flying experience while retaining self-leveling assistance.

Coordinated Scale Turns

When forward and rudder commands are combined, the ACE controller measures the helicopter's movement and automatically applies a controlled amount of roll. This creates smoother, tighter and more realistic banked turns without requiring separate manual aileron input.

Soft Takeoff and Landing

Slow takeoff and landing functions reduce the helicopter's response during these critical phases, producing smoother and more realistic departures and arrivals.

Three Flight Sensitivity Modes

  • Soft: Gentle response for relaxed scale flying
  • Standard: Increased speed and maximum flight angle for normal flying
  • Sport: Faster response, greater speed and increased flight angle

The three modes can be selected from the included transmitter without connecting the helicopter to a computer.

Return-to-Home Safety Functions

One-key return-to-home allows the helicopter to return toward its recorded departure point and land automatically when operating with suitable GPS reception. A low-voltage auto-return function can also initiate return-to-home when the battery reaches its configured safety threshold.

Before takeoff, the flight controller checks battery voltage. If voltage is insufficient, the status LEDs flash red and yellow and takeoff is disabled until a properly charged battery is installed.

Efficient Brushless Power System

The 16V brushless main motor is paired with an efficient tail-mounted brushless motor and custom rotor blades. The system is rated for flight times of up to approximately 18 minutes under optimal conditions.

Metal-Gear Servos

High-performance coreless metal-gear servos provide a stated 4 kg-cm of torque with a 0.12 sec/60° response time. The flat gear design allows easier neutral alignment without conventional servo-arm adjustment.

10-Channel RTF Transmitter

The included high-precision transmitter offers a stated control range of up to approximately 1 kilometre in suitable open conditions. Clearly marked switches and spring-centered control sticks make the helicopter's assisted functions easy to operate.

The UH-60L also supports compatible third-party SBUS transmitters with nine or more channels. Third-party radio setup and compatibility should be verified before operation.
