Again, I'm very sorry you are disappointed, but the evidence that the swashplate was brand new and covered in rust kept changing throughout our emails and pictures. The received swashplate had clear gouges in the aluminum indicating tampering or flight use, and the center brass main shaft nut showed clear dark wear indicating previous flight use. I checked every single piece of my new swashplate inventory from the same batch, and every single one was rust free and spun smoothly. I respect honesty and truth in customer communications to properly handle a small problem like this. I'm all for making things right when we have, in fact, caused the problem.

Anyways I wish you well. The return is denied, and I have sent you the shipping costs to return the part at your expense.
