KC3D Rotorflight 20x20mm Stack Adapter Board for Micro Helicopters

Mount a 20x20mm ESC/flight-controller stack in many 180–200-size micro helicopters that use 1.25mm Picoblade servo connectors. This custom adapter board measures 41x27mm and has a flat underside for mounting to the helicopter with double-sided tape.

Features

• Three servo outputs
• JST-GH 4-pin UART connector for the receiver; pinout: −, +, RX, TX
• Built-in M2x0.4 threaded standoffs for mounting the FC stack from above
• Preassembled PCB, designed and hand-assembled by KC3D
• Includes one FC adapter PCB

You Will Need

• 20x20 ESC and FC stack (25A minimum recommended)
• Receiver (ELRS, FrSky, or similar) with JST-GH connector
• 32–28 AWG thin silicone hookup wire
• M2 mounting hardware or standoffs, usually supplied with the stack

Installation Notes

• Ensure stack screws do not protrude below the adapter board; use shorter screws or additional nuts/washers if needed so the bottom can sit flush.
• Apply thread-locking compound to prevent screws from backing out.
• Keep jumper wires short, especially ground and +5V, to reduce voltage drop and avoid crowding.
• The FC/ESC stack must provide a 5V rail capable of at least 1.5A; 2A or more is preferred for models such as the OMPHOBBY M2.
