Damage caused during installation is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Once wires are soldered or the board is installed into a build, the product is considered modified and no longer eligible for standard return.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The following are not covered:

  • Soldering damage

  • Lifted pads

  • Reversed polarity

  • Short circuits

  • Overheating during installation

  • Incorrect wiring or wire gauge

  • Operation outside rated voltage/current

Boards are electrically tested prior to shipment.
